Cremation Plans

• Funeral service conducted at a church or venue of choice
• All transportation within 50 miles of our facility
• Embalming and preparation for viewing
• Ceremonial wood casket with a walnut finish
• Funeral coach and service vehicle
• Register book, memorial folders, and thank you cards
• Seasonal floral casket spray and memorial video tribute
• $200 merchandise credit (urn/urn vault/keepsakes)
• Cremation process including casket insert and temporary urn
• Funeral Director present for committal service and inurnment
• Delivery of cremated remains to any destination
• Create, edit, and publish obituary (newspaper charges not included)
• 5 certified death certificates and Indiana sales tax

• Transfer from place of death within the U.S. to a licensed funeral provider
• Cremation process including alternative and transfer containers

• $175 merchandise credit (urn/urn vault/keepsakes)
• Coordinating with cemetery for inurnment and committal service
• Delivery of cremated remains to any destination
• Create, edit, and publish obituary (newspaper charges not included)

• Transfer from place of death to a licensed cremation provider

Package plans may not include the charges of other parties that could be involved such as a cemetery opening and closing fee, vault, vault setting fee, final date engraving, newspaper, death certificates, police escorts, clergy, musician, or vocalist honorariums, church or other venue, flowers, catering, and Indiana sales tax. All transportation referenced is within the continental United States. Travel protection for deaths occurring outside of the U.S. is available for an additional $500.
